The Flag Brief is a 20-30 minute podcast with in-depth discussions with senior Naval, Military, and Senior Executive Service officials produced through the Stockdale Center For Ethical Leadership at the U.S. Naval Academy.

Midshipmen, as well as Junior Officers, are particularly encouraged to listen.

The Flag Brief is hosted by Michael Sears, a 1978 USNA graduate. Michael spent 5 years in the Marine Corps, then earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University, and went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is currently Director of the Boeing Innovation Leadership Laboratory at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
